Q: Why Can't I log in?
A: First check the email you received to make sure you're using the correct login information.
If so, your loan number may have changed since we sent you the welcome email, or there may be an
error with the site. In either case, please call or email us and we will help. If you didn't
receive your welcome email, or if you have lost it, please call or email us and we will confirm
your email address and send it again.
Q: I was able to log in before, but I can't log in now.
A: Most likely your loan number was changed in our system and new login information
was not sent to you or you did not receive it. Please call or email us and we will send
it right away.
Q: I'm concerned about phishing (i.e. scammers trying to trick me into divulging private
information).
A: If you're EVER unsure about the email we sent with your login instructions, please
don't hesitate to call us.
Q: I want to start a Conversation Log, but one of the people I want to include
doesn't show up in the CC list.
A: This could be for two reasons, either we don't have an email address for that
person, or we have updated their name or company in your record but not in our own
records. Please call or email us to let us know.
Q: I just talked to somebody on the phone, and my status page doesn't say
the same thing.
A: There is up to a one-hour lag between when we enter information in our database
and when it shows up on the website.
Q: When my Realtor or Closing Agent logs in, do they see the same information I do?
A: No. Realtors, Closing Agents and any other parties besides the Borrower and our staff
have access to very limited information, which does NOT include your social security number or
credit score.
