Logging In (Borrowers)

  1. Go to https://statussweep.qvault.com/nbf/myloan/
  2. Your user name is your loan number. You should have received an email with your user name at the begriming of your loan. If you don't know your user name, just give us a call.
  3. Your password is the last four digits of your social security number.

Logging In (Realtors & Closers)

  1. Go to https://statussweep.qvault.com/nbf/partners/
  2. Your user name is usually the initial of your first name followed by your last name, so John Smith's username would be "jsmith." If you don't know your user name, just give us a call.
  3. Call or email us for your password.

Navigating Your Status Page

  • When you log in you'll see your Loan Details page with your Loan Officer and Processor, dates of important events, and conditions (items we or the lender need).
  • At the top of the page are three tabs: Loan Details, Contacts and Conversation Log
  • In the Contacts tab you'll find a list of contact names, phone numbers and email addresses for the parties involved.
  • In the Conversation Log tab you'll find all conversation logs to which you have been included. (Conversation logs are only viewable to those who have been included in the conversation, more info below.)

Downloading Your Loan Application and Disclosures

  1. On the right-hand side of your Details Page you'll see the Documents area.
  2. Click on the paperclip icon next to the document you want to download.
  3. Save the PDF file to your computer.
  4. Open the PDF file and print it.

Using Conversation Logs

A conversation is like an online forum. One person posts a message and anybody else who is included in the conversation is able to post a reply. You can have multiple conversations (threads) going with different individuals involved with your loan.

For example, you can have one conversation between you, the Processor, your Loan Officer and your Realtor. Then have a separate conversation just between you and your Loan Officer where the Processor and Realtor cannot access it.

To start a conversation:
  1. Click the "Send Me a Message" button below either the Processor or Loan Officer
  2. Select any other parties you want to include in the conversation (if there is a contact that is on the Contacts page that is not included in this CC list, let us know, and we will attempt to correct the glitch)
  3. Type a subject and message, then click "Submit New Entry"
  4. Everyone you included in the conversation will receive an email notification

FAQ

Q: Why Can't I log in?

A: First check the email you received to make sure you're using the correct login information. If so, your loan number may have changed since we sent you the welcome email, or there may be an error with the site. In either case, please call or email us and we will help. If you didn't receive your welcome email, or if you have lost it, please call or email us and we will confirm your email address and send it again.

Q: I was able to log in before, but I can't log in now.

A: Most likely your loan number was changed in our system and new login information was not sent to you or you did not receive it. Please call or email us and we will send it right away.

Q: I'm concerned about phishing (i.e. scammers trying to trick me into divulging private information).

A: If you're EVER unsure about the email we sent with your login instructions, please don't hesitate to call us.

Q: I want to start a Conversation Log, but one of the people I want to include doesn't show up in the CC list.

A: This could be for two reasons, either we don't have an email address for that person, or we have updated their name or company in your record but not in our own records. Please call or email us to let us know.

Q: I just talked to somebody on the phone, and my status page doesn't say the same thing.

A: There is up to a one-hour lag between when we enter information in our database and when it shows up on the website.

Q: When my Realtor or Closing Agent logs in, do they see the same information I do?

A: No. Realtors, Closing Agents and any other parties besides the Borrower and our staff have access to very limited information, which does NOT include your social security number or credit score.
