customers' help with introductions to friends, co-workers & family.
SPECIFICALLY, what I'm boldly requesting (if I may,) is
5 friend/family/co-worker introductions to folks who fit one or
more of the following categories;
- Hopeful First-Time-Homebuyer (maybe currently a
renter who'd dreamed beyond hope of being an actual owner... And would LOVE to
be surprised that we can actually get them 100%, Zero-Down financing,) or,
- Current homeowners looking to buy a rental investment property, or to sell
their home & move (we do GREAT Realtor pre-screening to get great
Buyer's Agents for our customers,)
- Current homeowners who may have $5,000 in consumer credit balances, or more,
and would LOVE a free financial analysis to look for a $500+ monthly CASH SAVINGS in their overall
situation,
- Current homeowners who want money to do some home improvements, and
have the loan based on the AFTER IMPROVEMENT value,
- Current homeowners who want to eliminate a nagging timeshare payment, boat
payment, vacation home payment, etc... EVEN IF they have
little or no current equity in their home (YES! We consolidate non-equity backed loans!)
OR, OF COURSE... Any mixture of the above.
AS YOUR INTRODUCTION, we will give EACH of them a $200 rebate at their closing...
