NOW… although we DO have homes available for ANYONE to buy, even with bad credit… sometimes even with No Down Payment…. SOME money is still required to be spent.

YOU will need to pay for your own credit report up front… even if you have bad credit, its OK… We’ll simply want to understand the reasons why you got behind… life happens to good people sometimes… this we understand… but we won’t do business with anyone not willing to have their credit report secured to show their character and habits. This is going to cost you a whopping $16 for the credit directly to the credit company we trust. We do NOT trust outdated credit reports from other mortgage brokerages, and the free reports directly from the bureaus themselves don’t show us everything we want to see.

Only AFTER you’ve ultimately looked around and chosen which home you want to own, you’ll be responsible for paying for your own appraisal, which is about $400 directly to the appraiser. You will always get your own copy to keep and review as well, once you are the new home owner!

We can all agree that if you can’t afford $416 to buy a home, you really ought to KEEP renting from a landlord, not owning your own home with your own responsibility and your own privacy and appreciation.
