Your Checklist of Information Required
|
- Along with a non-technical "personal interview" telephone conversation with you of about 45 minutes in length,
- We will need the details from you on your online loan application AND
- We will review your credit report along with you, and
- We will need you to fax to us these supporting financial documents listed below.
Fax them to us at 206-338-5856 as soon as possible, OR, SCAN THEM and we will provide you a secure method of direct transfer.

- Signed loan application and disclosure packet (sent to you after completing your online loan application)
- The last two months' asset statements (ALL pages)
- Checking, savings,
- Savings
- Investments
- Clear crisp copy of driver's license, greencard, passport, or appropriate residence visa
- For Salaried or Retired Borrowers:
- Paystubs for past one month including YTD totals on the paystubs
- 4 if paid weekly, or
- 2 if paid bi-weekly
- W-2 forms and/or 1099's for 2009 & 2008
- 1040 forms (ALL schedules) for 2009 & 2008
- For Self-Employed Borrowers:
- Business & Personal Bank checking account statements for
the past 12 months
- Copy of current Declaration Page (front) of homeowner (fire)
insurance policy
- Business Financial Statement - up to date
- Signed year to date P&L (un-audited)
- Corporate or Partnership & Personal tax returns for the
last two years
- All K-1 tax forms (if applicable)
- Copy of your Business License(s) for last three (3) years
- For Refinances:
- Copy of your present First Mortgage document called the
"NOTE" (only required if you're applying for a second
mortgage from us)
- Most recent mortgage statement
- Copy of your current Declaration Page (front) of homeowner
(fire) insurance policy (including agent's name and telephone
number)
- For Purchases:
- who have rented from a private party during the last
2 years, fax front & back copies of your last 24 cancelled rent
checks (available by request from most checking banks,) (SOMETIMES
waivable... talk with your loan assistant online or on the phone,)
- who have rented from a Management or Apartment
Company for all the last 2 years, we only need the contact names
& numbers for those companies
- If either Earner is Retired or Disabled:
- Disability or Award Letter(s) or
- 2 mo. Checking statements showing automatic deposits
- Additionally if applicable, please provide a copy of the following
- Rental Agreement(s) for any rental income property
- 2 year's Income Tax Schedule E, if using rental income to qualify
